All funding requests must follow this process:

Step 1) Complete online funding request.
Step 2a) Requests under $250 will be reviewed by Finance Committee.
Step 2b) Requests $250 and over will be reviewed by the General Body.
Step 3) Approved requests will receive the money in the form of a check directly from tRAC. (If an Ohio University Purchasing Card was used to purchase items for your event, the money can be transferred to your hall/complex account upon request.) Money will only be disbursed after the event and after all appropriate paperwork is completed and received by tRAC. All Paperwork must be received no later than 10 days after the date of the program. This paperwork includes: Program Summary Form, receipts, program summary, and ads with the tRAC logo included.

Requests not meeting the above requirements will have their funding immediately revoked.
