Remember! You must request items five days in an advance at the very least, and you must be able to pick up / drop off equipment during tRAC office hours.

the Residents' Action Council works to provide services to students to improve their living environment in the residence halls at Ohio University. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service and would like to address any concerns. All services are provided through agreements with outside vendors.
