Funding Requests

Vertical Divider
Please read over the funding guidelines and information packet (to the left) carefully before beginning this process. 

Approved requests will be presented to the tRAC General Body at our weekly meetings which are called to order Mondays at 7:00 P.M. and held on Microsoft Teams. General Body Meetings can be accessed by using bit.ly/tRAC2021. Please contact Alex Thompson at president@ohiotrac.com if there are any problems joining a meeting.

Please complete the funding request form below.  Forms must be submitted at least one week prior to the Monday on which the presentation to the General body will occur.  tRAC's VP of Finance will contact you within 48 hours of your request for followup. 

Please Note: 
  • Funding requests may not be heard if the event is the same week as the funding proposal.
  • Untimely proposals are subject to rejection by the Executive Board.


A Post-Program Report Form, downloadable to the left, must be completed after the program occurs and submitted to vpfinance@ohiotrac.com within one week to guarantee disbursement of funds to your organization.

Co-Sponsorships

tRAC is ecstatic to share that we are actively looking to co-sponsor and/or collaborate with other student organizations on campus in programming! Funding may be given to programs that will benefit on-campus students, in amounts of up to $500.00

Please fill out this application and email to vpfinance@ohiotrac.com by Fridays at 5:00 P.M. in order to have your request considered for the following Monday.

If your request is approved, you will be invited to present at a General Body meeting, which are called to order every Monday at 7:00 P.M. in the LLC 102/104.

Before submitting a co-sponsorship application, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • Your application must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your event
  • Your event is open to all students
  • Review "What tRAC Will Not Sponsor" and all other guidelines, located in the tRAC Co-Sponsorship Info Packet.
  • You are providing an alternate funding source to compliment tRAC funds.
